Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups fresh pumpkin or canned
  • 1/2 cup light cream half n half or full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Allspice or Pumpkin Pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients blend until well combined.
  • Poke holes in bottom of pie crust and bake at 375 for 10 minutes
  • Add pumpkin mixture to pie crust and bake on a cookie sheet for 65 to 75 minutes until a knife is inserted in the middle of the pie and it comes out clean.
