A delicious smoothie packed with lots of vitamins and antioxidants!!
Especially good in the winter when it is sometimes hard to eat that big raw salad!
Ingredients
1cupalmond milk/ hemp/ rice just non dairy
1Tbspextra virgin coconut oilit will be a solid but blends up well
2cupsorganic spinachcut stems off
4leavesof kalechard or some other green you like
2tbspflax and or chia seedsif doing chia I would do 2 tsp
2cupsof organic berries
1Tbsplime juice
fresh ginger optionalI love It
2-3drops of Stevia if you like it a little sweeter.
2Tbspprotein powder
Cinnamon 1-2 tsp optional
try all different ways to see what you like best.
Instructions
Blend almond milk, spinach and lime (ginger if you like)
Then add other greens, berries, coconut oil, and blend for 2-3 min depending on your blender.
Add protein powder last and some stevia if needed.
Can also add your vitamins that don't have flavor like Vit d, minerals.
