Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Cutouts

  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Chill for an hour. If you’re in a hurry and need to roll them right away, put a little more flour on your cutting board and on your rolling pin and it works great!
  5. And, of course, decorate how you like!
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes depending on how brown you like them!

    • Hi Nan, It looks like only part of the recipe transferred when we updated the website last month. Here are the instructions: Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.
      You can chill for an hour. If you’re in a hurry and need to roll them right away, put a little more flour on your cutting board and on your rolling pin and it works great!
      Oh, and of course decorate how you like!
      Bake at 400 6 to 8 minutes depending on how brown you like them!
