Outrageous Baking is focused on providing great tasting freshly baked gluten, dairy, and soy free treats! We pride ourselves on having our products taste just as moist and delicious, if not better, than the real-deal. We have very particular taste-testers who have given their two-thumbs up on ‘Outrageous Baking’ products. Come say hello have a sample at the Boulder, Longmont or Cherry Creek Farmers Markets.

    Wow, one taste of any of your cakes is like having my own angel baker in my home. We have tasted all your cakes and only wish we lived closer. Other than the stores you sell to, we would probably be your best customers.

    I bought your Pumpkin Bread while visiting the Boulder Farmers Market a couple of months ago. What a slice of Heaven for someone who hasn’t had a baked good in over a year for fear of getting sick from the gluten! So moist! Please bring your products to Colorado Springs asap…

    Yes, you can just substitute my flour one to one for most of your favorite recipes, It works great with the Nestle CC tollhouse recipe, as well as many quick breads, cookies, pancakes,waffles, biscuits and cakes. I am sorry no recipes are posted I am working on it and hope to have them up soon. Enjoy the flour and it you have any other questions feel free to ask. Pamela

    I purchased some of the coffee cake today. Delicious! I bought it because it said no nuts as we are a nut free allergic household. You don’t state anything about nut free on this site. Are you a nut free facility? Thanks!

    OMG! Tastes like cake! Smells like cake! Feels like cake! I actually ate their lemon poppy seed cake with a fork–and it didn’t crumble into a billion crumbs! Wow, I can’t believe I ate real cake with my coffee this morning.

    Have you every thought to come up with a mix that is free of Night Shades. With more and more people having a reaction to these ‘veggies’, such a potatos, it’s hard to find a gluten and Night Shade bread mix.

  12. Hi Andria. Sorry for the delayed response. We have thought about creating a nightshade-free and gluten-free flour mix. When we do, we’d be happy to send you a sample if you promise to test it out and let us know what you think :-)
