While it may not feel like it, Fall is in the air. It’s the time of year when the grocery store (or the garden if you’re lucky!) is overflowing with summer squash. Now, I love every variety of summer squash as much as the next person, but sometimes I run out of ways to cook it. So I decided to get inspired and share my findings with my wonderful readers.
